The information and terms set out below constitutes our shipping policy. We deliver our orders from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Since every order is unique, shipping costs also varies depending on the size, weight and destination of the product.
Our time frame for order processing is between 3-6 Business days, from 8am-6pm. We do not make delivery or ship orders on public holidays except during working days. Orders will be processed, fulfilled and dispatched as soon as we receive payment. The time for shipping is largely determined by the time the order is dispatched. We will try to avoid any delay in dispatching the order, however we disclaim any liability incurred at the port due to delays caused by custom officers while clearing the products or such other event including but not limited to inability or delay in approving payment.
To return your product, kindly send an email to us at email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time the product will at the destination varies. Some of the factors that influences time of arrival of the product includes but not limited to custom clearance, delays or denial of payment approval. We will try to prevent these occurrences; however we make no warranty that they will not happen.
In the event you desire to cancel an order or make changes to it, contact us before it is dispatched.

Generally, shipping rates varies and are calculated based on the size of your product and your location. We will not be responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with shipping your order to you.
We also provide international shipping, so all our revered international customers can be rest assured that their needs will be met.
All International shipping attracts additional cost of $25
Please take note that International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties when the product is shipped.
International shipping takes more time before delivery, usually between 15-30 days.
Postal service is 7 – 14 days.
We will send a confirmation email (comprising a detailed description of your purchase) to you after booking an order with us. We can also contact you if we need additional information from you in other to confirm your payment. After approving your order, we will within a period of 2 days dispatch the order. We do not guarantee that you will receive the product immediately; however we will ensure that the order reaches the designated destination within 2-7 working days from the date of its dispatch. We will keep you posted with the status of the order until it gets to the destination and also send the tracking information and the estimated date of arrival to you.
Damage to products or items shipped.
In the event your order or products gets to you in a damaged condition, please note that we will not be liable for such loss. The shipping carrier should be held responsible for any damage caused to the product.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly contact Deity New York and we will direct you on how to return it so that we can make a store credit, or exchange with another product or better still make a full refund back to you. We have provided the conditions for our return/refund, kindly take time to read them.
Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, Deity New York Freaks will not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will accept returns for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 15 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions are stated below. Deity New York may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.
Conditions for Return
To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase, the original manufacturer packaging and the original documentation. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment unless you select to exchange the item or get a Store credit in the amount of the refund. When you make a qualifying return, we will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges, if any, and you will receive your refund in approximately 2-3 weeks.
Returning a product if you change your mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and you notify us within 15 days of delivery, Deity New York will provide you with a store credit for unopened products after the goods are returned to us. The store credit will be for the product price paid less the return delivery charge. Risk of loss or damage to the goods will not be assumed by Deity New York until the item has been received at our warehouse.
Products or Items that will not be accepted
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or any of its part is missing.
Any item that is returned 15 days after delivery.
Products that have been personalized or customized
Items or Products that have been used, altered or that shows wear or damage.
Once your return is received and inspected, Deity New York will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the items meets the conditions for return, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days afterwards.
How to make Returns
When returning a product, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that you can be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization number, place them safely in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase, the return form, and other document and contact us via our email: email@example.com
